We've been made aware of upcoming changes to Patron Authentication Policy for Apollo, Libby, and Overdrive services.
Beginning on Monday, October 12, 2026, in addition to your library card number, you will be required to enter a PIN number to log in to our online catalog, Overdrive, and Libby.
The default PIN for all three services is the last four (4) digits of the phone number you have listed in your library card account.
If the default PIN does not work, it could be one of these things:
• You changed your PIN on your library card account
• You have a different phone number than the one you initially applied with.
A phone call to the Library staff at (989) 588-9782 ext. 111 can clear up either issue for you.
